Announcement Description

Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Cambodia has been active in Cambodia since 1999, working in partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Indigenous Peoples, and local communities to protect biodiversity and conserve important forest landscapes. As part of its conservation strategy, WCS Cambodia supports REDD+ initiatives to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation while generating sustainable financing for forest protection and community development.

The Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary (KSWS) REDD+ Project in Mondulkiri Province is WCS Cambodia’s flagship REDD+ initiative. The project combines forest and biodiversity conservation with community benefits and support for local livelihoods. Building on this experience, WCS Cambodia is also advancing the Northern Plains Landscape (NPL) REDD+ Project in northern Cambodia, particularly in Preah Vihear Province. The NPL REDD+ Project aims to protect high-biodiversity forests, strengthen community participation in conservation, and support sustainable livelihoods for local communities.

Summary

WCS/Cambodia is currently considering seeking Electronics, Computer, or Camera Supplies for Hard disk SATA/SSD, SD Cards, Network Attached Storage (NAS)(Please see the specification as attached) at competitive and economical prices.

You are hereby invited to submit a sealed quotation in US Dollars in accordance with the following instructions and conditions.

Submission Requirements

Submission Instructions

  • All quotations must be:
  • Submitted in hard copy
  • Delivered to: WCS Phnom Penh Office
  • Deadline for submission: June 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Cambodia Time)
  • Quotations received after the deadline will be rejected.
  • Quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date.
  • Email or electronic submissions will not be accepted.

Instruction to Bidders

Bidders must comply with the following:

  • Delivery Terms - Specify clearly:
  • Delivery timeline (e.g., within X days after Purchase Order)
  • Delivery location: WCS Phnom Penh Office
  • Price
  • All prices shall be quoted in US Dollars.
  • Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery, and handling charges.
  • Payment Terms: Payment will be made by WCS within 30 days after full delivery, inspection, and acceptance.
  • Quotation Format
  • The quotation must be:
  • Signed, stamped, and dated
  • Complete in all respects
  • Matching the attached technical specifications
  • Required Legal Document Copies of the following valid documents must be included:
  1. Certificate of Business Registration
  2. Patent Certificate
  3. VAT Certificate
  4. Any relevant manufacturer authorization (if applicable)

Warranty Requirements

The supplier must provide:

  • Manufacturer warranty (minimum 1 year, unless otherwise required in specifications)
  • After-sales service information

Rejection Criteria

Quotations will be rejected if:

  • Submitted in unsealed or previously opened envelopes
  • Incomplete or missing required documents
  • Non-compliant with technical specifications
  • Unsolicited, late, or improperly submitted
  • Contain unclear pricing or conditions

Conflict of Interest

Suppliers must declare any actual or potential conflict of interest.

Evaluation Criteria

WCS will evaluate quotations based on:

  • Price competitiveness
  • Warranty and after-sales service
  • Delivery time
  • Supplier registration and completeness of required documents

WCS is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any quotation submitted.
