We are currently looking for an Insurance Service Provider to provide for a Helen Keller Intl Cambodia staff and dependent.

Summary

PLACE of PERFORMANCE: Phnom Penh, Cambodia and worldwide.

DURATION and TIMEFRAME: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 (case by case services)

COUNTRY OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE:

The purpose of this engagement is to define the scope, minimum coverage requirements, and service expectations for the provision of a comprehensive employee medical insurance scheme.

The scheme shall cover:

  • In-patient (IPD)
  • Out-patient (OPD)
  • Dental care
  • Vision/Optical care

The objective is to ensure access to quality healthcare services, provide financial protection to employees, and align with Helen Keller Intl’s employee welfare standards.

FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

The Insurance Service Provider will work closely with Helen Keller Intl Cambodia and relevant regional and global teams to ensure effective policy administration, claims management, compliance, and timely support for employees and dependents. The Provider shall designate a focal point to coordinate all insurance-related matters throughout the contract period.

Submission Requirements

Eligible Service Provider may submit their quotation in one of two ways:

  • Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quotation as an attachment in PDF format to the email address.
  • Hard copy: Submit the quotation with a cover letter signed and stamped to Helen Keller’s office provided in the contact details.

Submissions will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. The Quotation closes on June 15, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. The award will be given to the firm representing the lowest price meeting our specifications.
