The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) is a secular non-profit public health organization based in Australia, founded in 1992. FHF began working in Cambodia in 1998, in close collaboration with 09 National Level and 12 Provincial Health Departments.

The Strengthening Eye Health Services for Comprehensive and Inclusive Care in Cambodia (SEHS) project targets these challenges through inclusive, integrated, and sustainable approaches, aiming to reach over 870,000 direct beneficiaries. The project focuses on three key outcomes:

Summary

PURPOSE

To support the objectives of the project, FHF invites legally registered private businesses to submit proposals to supply of tele-ophthalmology equipment for Preah Ang Duong Hospital in Phnom Penh. The quantities and technical specifications of the required equipment are detailed in the list below.

Submission Requirements

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

Legal and RegistrationRequirements:

  • Bidders must be legally registered companies or businesses. Copies of valid business registration certificates, patents, and other relevant legal documents must be included in the proposal.

Training Equipment Provision

  • Bidders must ensure that all required training equipment is delivered to each designated recipient no later than two (2) weeks after the delivery of the main equipment.

International Bidders

  • International bidders must clearly describe their logistics and customs clearance plan, including how they will manage port clearance and shipment of the goods to the specified locations.

Scope of Bid and Supporting Documentation

  • Bidders are encouraged to site visit for the Tele-ophthalmology Room at Preah Ang Duong Hospital in Phnom Penh and meet technical staff to explain the purpose and specifications before submitting proposal. Remarks: Dr. Dong Manith.
  • Submit proposals that, where possible, cover the complete set of items listed in this RFP. Each submission should include clear images of sample products, and bidders are encouraged to provide website links or online product references to support their proposal.
