Submission Requirements

Instructions to bidders

  1. All responses to this RFP shall be submitted via email or submitted physically at our office.
  2. At any time prior to award of the contract, should Abt Associates deem it necessary to change the RFP provisions, it will provide such amendment(s) in writing. No oral instructions by any person will in any way be considered to limit, exclude, modify, or otherwise affect any terms or conditions of this solicitation, and no supplier shall rely on any such instructions.
  3. Responses to questions will be distributed to all bidders.
  4. Offerors must fully review all instructions and specifications in this RFP. Failure to do so will be at the offeror’s risk.
  5. At a minimum, proposal submitted must have the following supporting documents:
  6. Detailed cost proposal: detailed cost proposal for training venue package.
  7. Valid/Current Business Documentation listed below:
  8. Business Certificate of Incorporation.
  9. Business license/registration.
  10. Tax Clearance Certificate (VAT Registration and WHT Exemption Certificate if applicable)
  11. Patent 2025
  12. References: List of previous and current clients for contracts of comparable scope and value (minimum 3).
  13. Summary description of the security system at the hotel (e.g.: gated, guarded X number of hours a day, etc.)
  14. Availability of paying on account should be noted.
  15. Check –in and check-out times.
  16. Room and conference facility cancellation policy
  17. Early check-in or late check-out policy
  18. Abt Associates Inc reserves the right to reject bids submitted without all requested information as non-responsive.
  19. Bids shall be valid for 30 days after submission.
  20. Bid submitted without all above requested information can be disqualified as non-responsive.
  21. Use Appendix A: Bid sheet to submit your quotes.
