World Vision International in Cambodia is a leading humanitarian organization dedicated to working with the most vulnerable children and communities to alleviate poverty, ensure the well-being of children, and contributing to bring positive change to the lives of children and families in Cambodia. Currently, the organization operates in 10 provinces, having around 25 offices disperse across Cambodia. The organization believes that cleanse, hygienic, tidy office facilities and staff performance and productivity have a positive correlation.

Therefore, the organization is willing to invest in janitorial services, acknowledging that 1) The janitors, 2) cleaning equipment, 3) cleaning materials/supplies are the main underlying factors that contribute directly to office cleanliness, hygiene and upkeep. Inasmuch as WVI needs to ensure offices are kept cleanse, hygienic, tidy and upkeep, we are looking to secure a contract with professional janitorial service provider that clearly demonstrates through written proposal a high degree of experience, ability, competency and best practice in cleaning services. The effective date of this contract, should a contract be awarded, is anticipated to commence on October 1,2026 and successfully complete on Sep 30, 2027, subject to satisfactory performance of the selected Contractor and discretion of World Vision International for extension for another additional period.
