Location: Kampot, Kampong Speu, Battam Bang, Kampong Thom, Tbong Khmom and Mondul Kiri Province.

SCOPE OF COOPERATION

Qualified applicants are sought from competent applicants such as Agriculture Cooperatives and Agri-MSMEs registered to the Kingdom of Cambodia in Cooperation with People in Need to achieve the objectives mentioned in the Annex 1: Terms of Reference (ToR). Selected applicants will be required to:

  • Collaborate closely with designated GAT service provider for establishment and operate field trial site.
  • Work in coordination with the PIN project team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Comply with all relevant financial, procurement, and operational guidelines established by PIN.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of the Green Agriculture Technology (GAT), and keep the site prepared to host learning or exposure visits.

Detailed requirements are specified in the Annexes 1: Terms of Reference (ToR).

OUTCOME OF SELECTION PROCESS

The contract awarded to successful Agriculture Cooperatives and Agri-MSMEs is a Cooperation Agreement which will commit PIN to cooperate as defined in the Cooperation Agreement.

Submission Requirements

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROCESSING THE PROPOSAL

Proposal must remain valid for the period of no less than 60 days from the date of closing unless withdrawn in writing before the close of proposal.

Electronic proposal has to be submitted via email:

  • Email should be addressed to email.
  • The subject of the email should be “(KHMC000406)/‘Applicant Name’/‘Date’’.
  • All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
  • Emails should not exceed 15 MB – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails or more.
  • Do not copy other PIN email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your proposal.

Physical proposal has to be submitted:

  • Proposal should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed provided in the contact details.
  • The envelope should clearly indicate the Request for Proposal reference number KHMC000406 / Do not open before (insert deadline for proposal submission), but contain no other details relating to the proposal or the applicant’s name.
  • All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.
  • In case of two-envelopes method, each envelope must be sealed separately and

Proposal received after the closing date & time will not be considered.
