Consultancy Objective (max 300 words):
The overall objective of this assignment is to support KFP to positioning to scale up their managerial & operational systems and processes. The assignment is needed to analyse and recommend best practices to streamline and integrate organisational systems and processes to facilitate that growth, including development of a roadmap for sustainable growth and investment readiness.
The assessment should include:
- Organisational and governance assessment: Review the organisational structure, reporting lines, decision- making processes, board and management practices, delegation of authority, and accountability mechanisms, and evaluate strategic planning and performance systems.
- Operations and process assessment: Map core business processes across departments; review existing SOPs, work instructions, and process controls; assess the implementation of operational standards and efficiency; and identify bottlenecks, duplication, and operational risks.
- Quality management system - ISO 9001 Readiness: Assess current quality management practices; conduct ISO 9001 gap analysis; review document control, corrective actions, internal audits, and management review processes.
- Financial management and internal controls review: Review accounting, budgeting, procurement, inventory, and financial reporting systems; assess internal controls and segregation of duties; evaluate financial planning and cash-flow management practices.
- Human resources and organisational development assessment: Review HR policies and procedures; assess workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management; evaluate leadership and middle- management capacity; and identify skills gaps and succession risks.

Eligibility
- A multidisciplinary team of consultants or a firm with proven expertise in organisational development and business management, operations and quality management, corporate governance and compliance, and business strategy and investment readiness.
- Proven experience in providing similar advisory services in agribusiness, food processing, and SME growth and investment preparation will be highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer, as well as good interpersonal skills.
