Summary
Objective of Audit
The objective of the audit is to enable the auditor to express an independent professional opinion as to
- whether the financial statements present true and fair, in all material respects and in accordance with the International Standard best accounting practice in Cambodia.
- whether the proceeds of the project fund were used for the intended purpose
Scope of Audit
- The audit should be carried out in accordance with generally accepted of International Standards on Auditing (ISA). In auditing financial statements, the auditor will assess whether the applicable requirements have been met
- With regard to processes and records, the auditor will assess the establishment and effective of a system of internal control, providing reasonable assurance of compliance with legislation and proper accounting and reporting.
Report and submission
Prepared report and submit to NCDDS on or before the end of March 2026
Eligibility
- The selected audit firm expected meet following minimum criteria:
- Must be a certified and registered audit firm under law Cambodia.
- Technically competent and able to conduct audit in line with the auditing standards
