Goal of the construction

• Provide shaded and weather-protected parking space for motorcycles;
• Improve user convenience, safety, accessibility, and parking conditions;
• Reduce heat exposure and deterioration of parked vehicles;
• Replace deteriorated and uneven brick flooring with durable reinforced concrete flooring;
• Improve drainage, operational usability, and the overall appearance of the parking area;
• Ensure all works are completed with safe, durable, and good-quality workmanship in accordance with acceptable construction standards.

Deliverables

Scope

• Scope 1: Completed roofing structure with net covering system over approximately 1,365 m²; stable and properly installed steel support structure; secure and tensioned roofing net installation; clean and safe completed parking area; as-built drawings and warranty documentation, if required.
• Scope 2: Completed concrete flooring area of approximately 235 m²; properly compacted stone underlay; quality-finished concrete surface; clean and safe worksite after completion.

DURATION OF THE SERVICE

Forty to Sixty (45 - 60) working days after the signing date.
