About the Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD)

The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD), managed by a pioneering consortium comprising Climate Fund Managers (CFM), World Wide Fund for Nature the Netherlands (WWF-NL), and SNV Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV), and led by the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank (FMO), offers finance and technical assistance to unlock and scale private sector investment in climate-resilient development through two stages: origination and investment. The Origination Facility (OF) identifies climate investment opportunities and de-risks them through matching grants and technical assistance (TA), with successful projects advancing to the investment stage.

About Kirirom Food Production (K.F.P.) Co., Ltd

Kirirom Food Production (K.F.P.) Co., Ltd is a fruit processing company in Cambodia. Historically they have primarily processed and exported dried mango and their business has been very good in recent years. In 2024 they reached full capacity and were having to turn away orders. The company developed a detailed investment plan to double their dried mango capacity in 2025/2026, and planned to add new items in the near future.

Eligibility

  • Interested consultants/firms are required to submit a technical and financial proposal, including a
  • detailed budget and workplan, demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience, and including the
  • CVs of key project personnel. 2 examples of previous ESIA reports.
  • The consultants/firms must demonstrate:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with local communities, government entity at sub-national and national level, and relevant stakeholders
