Announcement Description

The Kingdom of Cambodia has received grant from the Global Fund Grant through the Ministry oof Economy and Finance (MEF) toward the cost of the Global Fund Project with the Program titled: 2021 COVID-19 Response Mechanism Additional Funding for Cambodia and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract to Supply, Delivery and Installation Sterilizer (Autoclave) and Digital Mobile X-ray for Department of Hospital Services (DHS-SI).

The Ministry of Health/Lead Implementer Team (MOH-LIT) now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Sterilizer (Autoclave) and Digital Mobile X-ray for DHS-SI; RFB No. C19RM/ICB/2025/G16. All Bidders are eligible to participate in this bidding.

Contract Title: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Sterilizer (Autoclave) and Digital Mobile X-ray

Procurement will be conducted through international competitive bidding (procedure as specified in the RGC Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/ Programs (Updated Version: December 2019) and under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the procedures of the Global Fund.

Submission Requirements

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00 to 17:00 at the address provided in the contact details.

The bidding document may be obtained (for international bidders) upon request to the email address below or may be obtained free-of-charge (for local bidders) by interested eligible Bidders from MoH-LIT, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00-5:30 PM. This request for bids is published in the link website and newspapers (Khmer and English).

Bids must be delivered to the address on or before 1st July, 2025 at 10:00 am. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives (with their power of attorney and ID) who choose to attend at the address given below on 1st July, 2025 at 10:00 am.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of 2% of the Bid Price as specified in ITB 19.
