Eligibility

  • The bidders shall meet the eligibility and qualification requirements stated in the bidding documents as;
  • Be a legally registered company or service provider eligible to participate under applicable procurement rules.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in web application development, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Have proven capacity in database design and optimization, data management, information security, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide suitably qualified technical personnel and evidence ofrelevant assignments completed.
  • Declare any conflict of interest and confirm acceptance of confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders shall prepare and submit their bids in accordance with the instructions and requirements specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted to addresses provided in the contact details no later than 05 / 11 / 2026 at 10:00 am.
