WCS/Cambodia is currently considering seeking Agriculture Supplies for agriculture tools /equipment for Rice Seed Cleaning Tool, Rice Moisture Meter, and Rice Drum Seeder (Please see the specification as attached) at the competitive and economical prices, You are hereby invited to submit a sealed quotation in US Dollars in accordance with the following instructions and conditions.

Submission Requirements

Submission Instructions

  • All quotations must be:
  • Submitted in hard copy
  • Delivered to: WCS Submitted in a sealed envelope
  • Phnom Penh Office
  • Deadline for submission: March 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Cambodia Time)
  • Quotations received after the deadline will be rejected.
  • Quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date.
  • Email or electronic submissions will not be accepted.

Instruction to Bidders

Bidders must comply with the following:

Delivery Terms - Specify clearly:

  • Delivery timeline (e.g., within X days after Purchase Order)
  • Delivery location: Kampong Thom,

Price

  • All prices shall be quoted in US Dollars.
  • Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery, and handling charges.

Payment Terms: Payment will be made by WCS within 30 days after full delivery, inspection, and acceptance.

Quotation Format

The quotation must be:
