Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Setting sales objectives along with other Sales Analysts and Sales Representatives
- Developing a sales plan with the Sales team
- Promoting products and services offered by the organization.
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining a good relationship with distributors, vendors, and business partners
- Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions
- Presenting reports to the head office and highlighting the key points
- Suggesting improvements in sales approaches
- Assisting in hiring, training, and development of new sales members
- Coordinating with the Store Manager and knowing their needs
- Preparing a sales budget for various departmental regions
- Ensuring the store adheres to the compliance of the organization
- Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or a related field
- Experience working as a Regional Sales Manager or a similar role in the Sales Department
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze the Key Performance Indicators
- Strong in-depth understanding of managing store operations

Sales Manager (5 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Managing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and target set by management
- Dealer/outlet visit to analysis product hit list sales and potential area
- To achieving sales volume target of each salesman and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, and competitors
- Responsible and take decisions on strategies necessary to achieve monthly sales target and quarterly sales target
- Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leaders, and sales opportunities
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Hold bachelor’s degree in business administration
- At least 2~3 years related field electronic or construction
- Be able to communicate in English
- Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills

Area Sales Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - To achieving sales volume target
- Visit customer shops in coverage area both urban and remote areas
- Maintain existing customers with proper relationships, and sell products to new customers
- Develop markets through sales amount and new product models
- Plan and execute product displays and propose merchandising in good locations
- Collect information of price and competitors and update to sales director
- Build customer relationship and solve pending tasks
- Maintain customer database
- Generate sales report for daily, weekly, and monthly reports to sales director
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
- Graduate from university in business administration or related fields
- 3-year experiences in sales field distribution supervision
- Be able to communicate in English and well understand about computer literacy
- Friendly, negotiation skills and teamwork
- High commitment and able to work under pressure
Sales Supervisor (5 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - To achieving sales volume target
- Visit customer shops in coverage area both urban and remote areas
- Maintain existing customers with proper relationships, and sell products to new customers

- Arrange product displays and propose merchandising in good locations
- Collect information about price and competitors and update to Area Sales Manager
- Build customer relationships and solve pending tasks
- Maintain current and accurate customer files and information
- Other tasks assigned by Area Sales Managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales
- Be able to communicate in English

Sales Executive
Location : All Provinces
- Make sales to targets set by Area Sales Manager
- Visit customer shops in coverage area both urban and remote areas

- At least 1-years’ experience in sales
- Knowledge of electronic or high technology product
- Understanding of English language
