Compensation: Salary Base + commission; total USD 35,000/year
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive regional agricultural drone/machine sales and meet annual targets.
- Develop and maintain dealers, cooperatives, large growers, and other channels/customers.
- Organize product demos and promotion events; drive orders and payments.
- Collect competitor and market intelligence; report product and policy needs
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
Work History:
- Sales experience in agricultural machinery, drones, agricultural inputs, or smart hardware for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Channel resources, agricultural customer base, or government project resources preferred.
- Strong business negotiation and channel management skills; able to travel frequently.
Soft Skills
- Driver’s license; target-driven and able to work under pressure.
After-Sales Engineer- Agricultural Drones / Machines
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $1000 Other Benefits
Location: Phnom Penh, with travel to provinces.
Compensation: Salary Base + performance + allowance; total USD 1000/month
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintain, debug, and troubleshoot agricultural drones.
- Provide on-site or remote technical support; travel to farms during peak seasons.
- Complete service tickets, manage spare parts, and report recurring faults.
- Assist dealers and customers with basic operation training.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in drones, electronics, electromechanics, automation, etc is preferred
Work History:
- Repair experience with drones or agricultural machines or smart hardware; plant protection drone experience preferred. for 1 year is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Familiar with flight control, RTK, circuits, and mechanical assembly; strong hands-on skills.
- Drone license preferred.
Soft Skills
- Driver’s license; willing to travel; strong service mindset.
