- Ensure the best implementation of the franchise’s guidelines, the water kiosks to operate at the highest standard (franchise standard, water production, business management even in the rural context)
- Conduct significant growth and performance of the existing water kiosks (make analysis and set corrective action plans)
- Ensure actions are taken to support the business growth of each water kiosks by to suggesting innovative ways to reach sales targets
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure the best implementation of the franchise
- Implement the best practices across the network to improve the work of the advisors and provide effective support to the entrepreneurs
- Strengthen O-We brand as a national brand by ensuring the homogeneity of consumables used in each water kiosks.
- Respond to and resolve complaints and problems.

- Ensure the work plan and the outcomes of the team according to the internal standard
- Provide developmental coaching and guidance for the regional team
- Prepare and conduct monthly meeting with his team to follow up on their performance
- Support the day-to-day needs of the team. Drive various issue resolution interfacing with different stakeholders: partners, community, entrepreneurs, advisors
- Liaise with finance, purchase, water quality, technical and marketing team to implement project, resolution, and response to any operational tasks related to his/her platform.

- Guarantee implementation of the internal processes, guidelines and strategy
- Guarantee accuracy of the monthly reports done and shared by his team (quality, administration, payment follow-up, etc)
- Local authority’s/ communities’ relationship
- Be the face of TS1001 in provincial and regional level, represent TS1001
- Report to the technical working group and PDRD
- Assist the advisors regarding to strengthen relation between TS1001, communities and communes by actively involve them in the monthly meeting in each water kiosk, activate or re-activate the water communities

- Perform others tasks requested by the management
- English - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Community management, training or facilitation, the rural local population for 5 years as a minimum
- Experience in community-driven projects, implement project with varied stakeholders
- Knowledge in social business, social marketing or micro-enterprise management and development
- Software: Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience of working in remote locations
- English is a plus
- Team leader or appeal to develop management skills
- Good facilitation and liaison skills
- Creative, organized, takes initiative and highly self-motivated
- Ability to provide clear information to his supervisor
