Regional Manager (1 Position)
Location: Head Office (Siem Reap Region)
- Ensure Disbursements by products/Portfolio/# of clients/Net Profit/PAR/ Asset backed product/Productivity per CO/write off collection/key ratios achieved as per BP.
- Monitor and verify the list of potential customers from each branches and strategizing with Deposit Department to mobilize the deposit balance.
- Ensure that digital products have been in sales well.
- Ensure the good repayment rate of loans.
- Follow up all product performance of each branch to make sure it is growing as the set plan.
- Initiating/ guiding business strategies to branches under his supervision to achieve higher results.
- Build relationship/partnership with Merchants, authorities, and other parties to improve the business’s opportunities.
- Survey competitor products and services; and find strategies to deal with them.
- Identify the barriers and reason why each product cannot be performed better than its actual performance.
- Regularly visit branches under supervision to identify the weaknesses, improve the weaknesses and strongly support them.
- Report to management all the issues related to business operation in the areas.
- Conduct regular meetings with branches to review their performance and take corrective actions.
- Conduct market spot check to ensure that each branch can maintain good relationship with merchants, appropriate branding display at merchant shop and good customer service management.
- Identify potential market and/or customer segment and advise to management for finding strategy to grab the market opportunities.
- Strengthening the staff capacity on internal control.
- Strengthen branches to strictly follow credit policies and procedures.
- Review staffing plan and encourage branches to closely cooperate with HR in staff recruitment.
- Perform other tasks which assigned by Head of Business Department.
- BA/MBA in Marketing, Finance and Banking, Management or equivalence.
- Minimum of 05-year field experiences a branch manager.
- Understanding how to use financial and operational tools such as Field Visit Report (FVR), Loan Provision Report, Monthly Operation performance in making decisions is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of local and international laws and regulations - banking and finance, obligation and contracts, etc.
- Knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and record, designing forms, and other office procedure and terminology.
- Good commitment and hard-working.
Litigation Unit Manager (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Manage the legal team to perform their jobs well in the department.
- Build the capacity and coach the legal team.
- Keep update the court cases to Head of Credit and management.
- Work closely with LOLC branch managers to ensure that court cases application and submission are carried out in accordance with related laws and regulations.
- Discuss with lawyer and facilitate legal actions with lawyer on any court case procedures against loan clients.
- Update management and relevant departments on any changes of laws and regulations related to credit operations such as land law, civil procedures and contract law etc.
- Reviewing existing and new legal related documents and contracts such as loan agreement and collateral agreement with clients to ensure they are valid and legal binding and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
- Know the loan recovery guidelines and be able to interpret to branch staff if needed
- Analyzes existing branch office operations and determines areas for improvement in policies and strategies of credit operations and problem solving of loans in arrears and written off.
- Closely monitor all court cases and find strategies to speed up the process to quicken cash collection.
- Proceeding legal procedures in Phnom Penh and branches in consultation with Loan Recovery Unit Manager and Lawyer.
- Provide training to staff (HO and Branch) on civil and criminal court case procedures and credit related laws and regulations.
- Work closely with loan recovery officer/loan recovery team to find the strategies to solve PAR and WO effectively.
- Closely monitor branch with high PAR and talk to BM to discuss the possibility of collection method.
- Regularly conduct branch visit and arrear clients to understand the situation and consult with branch staffs about any legal actions.
- Perform other credit related legal duties as required by management.
- Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalence.
- Minimum of 03-year experiences in & out court case processes.
- Has license as a lawyer as a plus.
- Good experiences in loan problems solving in banking and finance sector is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of local and national laws and regulation - banking and finance, obligation and contracts, etc.
- Strong communication skills (able to speak and write Khmer and English.
Digital Web Marketing Officer (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Develop creative web pages and enhance regularly the company website.
- Ensure all marketing-related materials on the website are developed/updated.
- Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website and blog to easily promote products and services of LOLC Cambodia and to catch the audiences' attention.
- Develop web content management system and ensure user-friendly in the backend for non- technical person seamlessly use.
- Monitor the website traffic, detect technical problems, and working with the team to fix them quickly.
- Working with the IT department to install and testing security protections on the websites.
- Support in graphic design, graphic motion, and video editing on the website.
- Maintain existing SEO and develop a new one for a better ranking.
- Support Social Network channels like FB, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other newly created channels to better integrate with the website.
- Generate monthly google analytics of the website and social media report.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Creative Arts, Web Design, Mass Communication, or related professional multi-media qualification.
- Experience with web development and CMS platforms: Joomla, WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive web design
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts including: SEO, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to create and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ability to use computer in graphic editing skills (Adobe Family).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools
