Receptionist & Office Service Support
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly customer services in an efficient manner to office visitors.
- Coordinate with suppliers in travel arrangements for management if any.
- Make appointments for Business Unit and arrange meeting room as needed.
- Pick up incoming and outgoing calls; and operate phone, courier of documents.
- Arrange/manage office furniture and equipment; purchase office supplies/equipment and maintenance.
- Maintain records of company assets and properties such as rental vehicles, mobile phones and etc.
- Manage ordering stationery and inventory for office use.
- Manage overall internal/external delivery services, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle monthly invoices, medical, office lease, utilities and telephone bills and other expenses as required.
- Arrange documents and follow up on the payment for department vendors.
- Maintain and record employee and employees’ family’s medical expenses (office employees and COCO station staffs) as alignment to the medical policy.
- Maintain office clean, tidy and order by working with office cleaner.
- Administers documentation and filing system in comply with company’s policy.
- Provide support for other business units as needed.
- Type documentation in English and Khmer as required.
- Other administrative work, as required.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant is preferred
Work History:
- At least of working experience in administrative field for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- English language proficiency in both speaking and listening.
- Customer services and service minding.
- Good computer literacy MS Word-Excel, Outlook.
- Be able to type Khmer.
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
