Receptionist
Report to: HR Office
Citizenship: Cambodia
Salary range: Commensurate with degree and experience
Contract: Probationary period of three months; undetermined duration contracts based on performance.
Summary: the receptionist plays an important role for the first point of contact person for visitors, clients, and staffs who come to seek for information. He/she is responsible on greeting them with professionalism and warmth, control front desk, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or office. Moreover, he/she will assist on administration tasks such as filing, photocopy, and receiving documents then send to direct office.
- Greeting and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information to visitors and clients about the company and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department
- Keep tracking and receive documents and distribute them to appropriate staff member or department
- Keep the reception area tidy and good environment
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Minimum Required Qualification
- High school diploma or certificate of business administration or related field
- Other Requirements:
- Able to communicate Chinese
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Good at communication skill
- Experience in working with private and public sector or other organizations with a similar position is a plus.
