Position Summary

The Main Role:

The role involves conducting business generation calls to clients, managing/updating CPL Properties Limited contact databases and understanding Companies Products and services to sell to clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner. You will be responsible for proactively building a pipeline of new business for residential, offices and Commercial through business generation calls to clients, meet monthly targets as set by manager, understand and demonstrate the VISION of CPL, administer leads and pass onto appropriate department, daily prospecting and checking potential clients on the companies CRM System.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and deliver the most effective and creative marketing strategies
  • Commit to achieve the sales target assigned
  • Develop and maintain report relationship with the customers and team
  • Effectively promote the products to customers
  • Conduct frequent communication with customers (By Phone call, email, making appointment...etc. )
  • Meet Sales target as assigned by the management
  • Lead generation: conduct cold-call, visit customers and identify customers’ needs
  • Set strategy to maximize sales outcome
  • Follow up and update sales status in system
  • Understand the services of the company and customer’s requirement
  • Participate in sales marketing promotion activities, training, and meeting
  • Perform other tasks upon manager requests or team support
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Male/female with dynamic, persuasive, and ethical behavior.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field;
  • 1+ year experience in outdoor sales; preferred in real estate industry,
  • Fresh graduates also welcome
  • Good communications and ability to serve the clients satisfactorily.
  • Professionalism is important and focuses on results.
  • Be patient, confident, and hard-working
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Bachelor Degree of Business, Marketing or relevant skills
  • Could speak Khmer/ English
  • Could speak Chinese is an advantage
  • Good at negotiation and communication
  • Friendly/ Outgoing/ Supportive/ Presentable
  • Passionate and dedicated person in Sales Career,
  • Strong knowledge of Mapping especially Phnom Penh City,
  • Strong ability to build a rapport with clients and diverse group of people,
  • Good computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
