Quantity Surveying Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer to support the cost management and contract administration of our infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate quantity take-offs, cost control, and effective coordination between site teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control
- Prepare interim payment certificates and payment claims
- Review and verify subcontractor claims and supplier invoices
- Prepare variation orders (VO) and conduct cost analyses
- Evaluate additional works and contract variations
- Assist in tender preparation and contract administration
- Monitor material quantities and track project expenses
- Prepare monthly progress payment reports
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Review contract documents and project specifications
- Support procurement activities and material budgeting
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and project documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in quantity surveying, preferably on infrastructure projects for 5 years
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple stakeholders, including site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professional integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
