The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for supporting software quality by planning, preparing, and executing testing activities across web, mobile, and other digital applications. The role develops test cases, performs functional and regression testing, identifies and documents defects, verifies resolved issues, and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software releases. The Quality Assurance Officer works closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other relevant teams to understand requirements, validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, and help ensure that software solutions are functional, reliable, and meet expected business and user requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
- Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related role for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Hands-on experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
- Experience preparing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ability to prepare, execute, and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test reports.
- Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and retesting software defects.
- Good understanding of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and business requirements.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, database queries, and data validation.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium is an advantage.

The Frontend Development Assistant is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of web applications using React.js and related web technologies. The role assists in developing web pages and user interface components, integrating frontend features with APIs, fixing basic technical issues, and supporting application testing and improvements. The Web Development Assistant works closely with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other team members to understand assigned requirements, complete development tasks under guidance, resolve identified issues, and help ensure that web applications are functional, responsive, and user-friendly.
