QC Technician
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform on-line and finished goods checking to ensure compliance with specification.
- Perform line sanitation sampling and testing, CIP solution test, site checking and process control parameters.
- Perform incoming inspection of raw material and packaging material
- Cleaning of laboratory glassware and utensil
- Assist in implementation of 5S system – good house keeping
- Assist in product shelf life sampling and testing
- Assist in product quality control needs as assigned
- Perform physiochemical and microbiological test of finished and handling of laboratory chemical.
- Report to superior immediately on the non-conformance detected throughout the quality checking
- Able to generate QC and inspection report/ record
- Able to conduct shift, work over time when required and independently with minimum supervision
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time

- Preferably laboratory skills
Soft Skills
- Preferably one of experience QA/QC in food beverage industry

Associate Warehouse & Store
Position Circumstances

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
- Determine and track most important store and warehouse KPIs, not limit to stock variance, inventory accuracy, forklift productivity etc
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, handling equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Implement and execute inventory programs and processes to protect good quality of Raw Material, Finished Goods, packaging materials and adhere to standard of safety and health of employees
- Routinely review inventory stock by conduct stock day with FI and Annually with both of internal and external audit, coordinate with QA and planning to sort out potential Write Off material
- Work with appointed transportation company and ensure timely deliveries of goods to customers/wholesalers.
- Regular report, update and analysis of inventory status and Store and WH operation performance.
- Responsible for the planning of raw materials order, usage, repacking, expiry store and working closely with production R&D and QA staff
- Ensures operation of handling equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Managing and planning store operation task, activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports about store operation
- Analysis the store & warehouse density, stacking utilization, design stacking layout, safety signages and conduct training
- Identify and create new relevant SOPs and to ensure have clear communication and training to the team.
- Work closely with safety & GMP committees to ensure store and warehouse are 100% compliance
- SAP system executes on time and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines and solve problems

Work History:
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Distribution for 2 to 3 years

- 3- or 4-Years relevant experience in transportation, warehouse, order processing and customer service
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
- Good understand both of English specking & writing
- Microsoft Word & Excel (Advance level is a plus)
- Outlook, Microsoft Team
- SAP or other stock system
