- The successful candidate will be in charge of:
- Role Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing all production activities and processes to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimist production workflow, identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize output.
- Assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, capacity, and material availability.
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure products meet the required specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Replace defective components or parts, using hand tools and precision instruments.

- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electrical units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
