Established and reputable German brand distributor in the field of hardware and furniture fittings is looking for suitable candidates as PURCHASING OFFICER.

We are looking for a high-performing Purchasing Officer to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Import & Export coordinator (Forwarding company / Sea, Air, Cross border)
  • Follow up order confirmation and monitor shipment from supplier to ensure have enough stock for sell.
  • Negotiation with supplier to get best price and best payment term
  • Purchase and planning stock.
  • Contact with oversea supplier for order and product requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehousing, Sales admin and other internal external departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage all operation logistics covering logistics, inventory and purchasing.
  • Others jobs assigned by Manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Management or related field (any field)
Work History:
  • Experiences in Import & Export and purchase (Must have) / Logistics / Warehouse for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, with minimum 1 years’ experience in a warehouse lead / supervisor role
Soft Skills
  • Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and target oriented & good service mind
  • Good service mind and attitude.
  • Good at self-management and time management
  • Able to work both independently and as team
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willing to coordinate with other related functions to accomplish work or assignment
  • Good problem solving

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
  • Create engaging copy, visual content, and short-form videos to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee online store operations, including product listings, inventory updates, and marketplace management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, Cost Per Click (CPC), and Return on Investment (ROI).
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven track record of managing digital ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
