Established and reputable German brand distributor in the field of hardware and furniture fittings is looking for suitable candidates as PURCHASING OFFICER.
We are looking for a high-performing Purchasing Officer to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Import & Export coordinator (Forwarding company / Sea, Air, Cross border)
- Follow up order confirmation and monitor shipment from supplier to ensure have enough stock for sell.
- Negotiation with supplier to get best price and best payment term
- Purchase and planning stock.
- Contact with oversea supplier for order and product requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, warehousing, Sales admin and other internal external departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage all operation logistics covering logistics, inventory and purchasing.
- Others jobs assigned by Manager.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Management or related field (any field)
- Experiences in Import & Export and purchase (Must have) / Logistics / Warehouse for 2 years as a minimum
- Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, with minimum 1 years’ experience in a warehouse lead / supervisor role
- Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target oriented & good service mind
- Good service mind and attitude.
- Good at self-management and time management
- Able to work both independently and as team
- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to coordinate with other related functions to accomplish work or assignment
