Purchasing & Administration Officer – FMCG
Position Circumstances

The position supports Group purchasing, with a strong focus on our FMCG businesses, including brewery and distillery operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing
- Handle purchase requests, RFQs, price comparison, purchase orders and supplier follow-up for DQD Group and FMCG operations.
- Brewery & Distillery Purchasing
- Source ingredients, raw materials, bottles, cans, labels, packaging, chemicals, equipment, spare parts and other brewery/distillery requirements.
- Supplier Management
- Source and evaluate local and international suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ and delivery schedules.
- Import Coordination
- Coordinate overseas orders, shipping documents, delivery schedules and work with the relevant team on customs/import requirements.
- Inventory Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse and operations to monitor stock levels, reorder points and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Cost Control
- Maintain updated supplier prices, compare quotations and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs without affecting quality.
- Purchasing Administration
- Maintain complete PO, quotation, supplier, contract, delivery and purchasing records; prepare regular purchasing reports.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, FMCG Operations and management to ensure purchases are properly approved, received and paid.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
- Experience purchasing for a brewery, distillery, beverage or FMCG business is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of brewery/distillery materials, ingredients, packaging and production requirements.
- Experience sourcing from both local and international suppliers.
- Understanding of purchasing documents, PO processes, quotations, inventory and supplier management.
- Import/shipping knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and cost-comparison skills.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Brewery, distillery or beverage manufacturing purchasing experience will be a major advantage.
Soft Skills
- Very organized and strong in documentation and follow-up.
- We need someone who understands that purchasing is not only about placing orders. The person must be able to find the right supplier, negotiate the right price, ensure the right quality and quantity, and make sure materials arrive on time for operations.
Travel and Administration Officer

We are looking for a Travel & Administration Officer to support the setup and daily operations of our new travel agency. The role will handle travel bookings, customer coordination, travel documentation and general administration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Travel Booking
- Handle flight, hotel, transportation, tour and other travel bookings; prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries, explain travel options, confirm bookings and provide pre-travel support.
- Visa & Travel Documents
- Assist customers with visa requirements, travel documents, insurance and other travel requirements.
- Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers and other travel partners.
- Booking Administration
- Maintain accurate booking records, customer information, confirmations, invoices and payment status.
- Travel Operations
- Monitor bookings, changes, cancellations and travel issues and provide timely customer support.
- Office Administration
- Support filing, correspondence, reports, data entry and other administrative requirements of the travel agency.

- Experience with GDS/airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of visa and international travel requirements.
- Comfortable handling payments, quotations and basic administrative records.
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
- Good Khmer and working English.

- Strong attention to detail, especially with passenger names, dates, passport information and booking conditions.
