Announcement Positions

Purchaser- Stock

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Accounting, Logistics, Stock / Inventory
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $350 - $450
Position Summary

Working hour: 8:00AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Saturday half)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Find quotations for comparison and submit to line management
  • Submit invoices, purchase request and purchase order to account team
  • Process purchase orders and obtain quotations of goods, equipment and services, as requested by outlets
  • Coordinate to deliver purchased goods or services to the required outlets
  • Processing purchase orders; receiving deliveries
  • Reconciling Delivery notes with purchase orders.
  • Organizing stocks, uniforms on shelves and store rooms
  • Periodic stock checks, monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock.
  • Ensure the inventories and stock management system are maintained accurately and in timely
  • Other task, assigned by superior

Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
  • Warehouse experience for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:

  • Able to use Microsoft word, Excel and inventory system

Graphic Design & Videos Editor

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Computer - General, Arts / Graphic Design
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $250 - $350
Position Summary

Working hour: 8:00AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Saturday half)

We are looking for creative individual with high sense of responsibility with great technical skills. This role involves managing the full production lifecycle, from storyboarding and design to final editing, ensuring all materials are visually compelling, accurate, and aligned with company guidelines

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design: Develop and design engaging creative posters, banners, social media content and marketing collaterals for various projects and campaigns
  • Video Creation: Edit raw videos into polished, high-quality video content for social media with tools like Canva and Capcut,.
  • Motion Graphics: Create animations and motion graphics to enhance video productions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials are on-brand and reinforce the company’s brand and message.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from storyboarding to final output, while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas

Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing for 2 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut
  • Design & Editing Skills: Strong understanding of color theory, layout design, Stay aware of Tik Tok trends and video storytelling.
Soft Skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
 
 

Account Payable

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Accounting, Assistant
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $200 - $300
Position Summary

Working hour: 8:00AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Saturday half)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handle Account receivables, Sales, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable/receivable functions and expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters
  • Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
  • Inventory auditing once a month
  • Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in / Diploma in Accountancy
Work History:
  • At least of working experience in related field for 2 years

Soft Skills
  • Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork
  • Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively
