Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Find quotations for comparison and submit to line management
- Submit invoices, purchase request and purchase order to account team
- Process purchase orders and obtain quotations of goods, equipment and services, as requested by outlets.
- Coordinate to deliver purchased goods or services to the required outlets
- Processing purchase orders; receiving deliveries
- Reconciling Delivery notes with purchase orders.
- Organizing stocks, uniforms on shelves and store rooms.
- Periodic stock checks, monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock.
- Ensure the inventories and stock management system are maintained accurately and in timely
- manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin or related fields
Work History:
- At least experience in procurement, purchasing and related experiences for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:

- Ability to act in a customer facing role and comprehend challenges of company customers and recommend solutions
- Can use English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet access

Accountant
Position Circumstances
- Career Category: Accounting, Banking / Finance
- Schedule:Full-time
- Salary: $450 - $600
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable functions and expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters
- Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
- Inventory auditing once a month
- Administer the assistant accountants to allocate jobs
- Prepare payroll monthly
- Prepare stock reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and stock balance
- Submission of tax and required documents
- Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
- Prepare financial statement together with GL and all supporting documents
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in / at least a Diploma in Accountancy
Work History:
- At least of working experience in the related field for 3 years is required
