Public Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, business partners, government authorities and other relevant stakeholders. The position will support the company’s investment consulting services by communicating with potential and existing clients, promoting the
company’s services, and helping clients understand the investment registration and business establishment process in Cambodia.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with people, have a good understanding of the Cambodian business environment, and consulting services.
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their business and investment requirements.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients and maintain regular communication throughout the service process.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant government authorities when required
- Represent the company professionally at business events, networking activities and investment- related events.
- Keep updated on changes in investment regulations, company registration requirements and relevant government policies.
- Support the company’s public relations, marketing, and social media activities
- Perform other duties related to public relations, client relations and business development as assigned by management.

- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Khmer and English - Written and spoken (Chinese is a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients, business partners and government officials
- Strong content creation, and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe is an advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
