An MBA Public Relations Lecturer is responsible for teaching advanced communication, media management, and corporate reputation strategies to graduate business students. They develop and update course content, blend academic theory with real-world practice, evaluate student performance, and conduct research in marketing and communications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Course Syllabus Development: Design and update MBA-level course syllabi covering crisis communication, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and corporate reputation.
- Teaching and Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures, lead case study analyses, and facilitate group discussions that bridge public relations and business strategy.
- Student Mentoring: Provide academic and career guidance to postgraduate students, including supervising MBA capstone projects or dissertations.
- Research and Publishing: Conduct relevant research in the field of PR and marketing, and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Industry Networking: Leverage professional contacts to bring in guest speakers, secure internships, and connect the academic institution with industry partners.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent is required
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing is required
- Phd in or DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience: Significant practical experience in PR, corporate communications, or marketing management is highly valued.
