Public Relation and International Affair Officer

SUMMARY OF JOB SCOPE
The PR & IAO is responsible for developing publicity programs to improve the corporate image of the Association. He/She is also responsible for directing information to groups such as members, stakeholders, the Association’s own employees or the general public. He/She is also responsible for clarifying the Association’s point of view on important issues to the intended audiences.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with members and stakeholders, community, and public interest groups;
- Responding to requests for general information of Oknha title and the association;
- Drafting press releases and other media communications to promote Oknha title and the association;
- Review and comment on all publication including video, photos, content…
- Promoting the corporate image of the association through development of programs to maintain favorable public views of Oknha title and the association;
- Preparing and editing organizational publications, including press release, speech, leaflet, newsletter, bulletin, website and Facebook for internal and external audiences;
- Updating and maintaining Telegram, Youtube, Website and Facebook contents;
- Responsible for seeking sponsorships where required;
- Responsible for Special project/CSR project(s), if any;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
- KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Improved corporate image of Oknha title and the association;
- Regular issuance of updated news of the association;
- Closer relationship with the press;
- Regularly updated official page and website of the association;
- Members and the public are fully aware of Oknha title and the association.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field but preferably in the field of communication;
- Minimum 2 years of content development;
- Fluency in Khmer language and good command of English are required.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills and have strong sense of responsibility;
- Possess administrative and interpersonal as well as organizational skills;
- Basic skill in the operation of computer, knowledge of any design application is an added advantage.
