Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience or training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Additional training in Play Therapy, Theraplay, or Incredible Years is an advantage
- Experience facilitating parent coaching or parenting sessions
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Native or fluent Khmer speaker with excellent Khmer writing skills for professional documentation and reports
Soft Skills
- Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills
