Psychologist (2 Positions)
He/she will be expected to travel frequently to oversee the project implementation. This position will report to the Project Coordinator.
- Training
- Develop and conduct training need assessment
- Contribute ideas/inputs to the training design process
- Develop course outline, session plans with participatory approach and training materials
- Facilitate plenary and small group discussions, and course reflections
- Develop positive relationships with participants, and receive their feedback
- Collect all outputs of training/workshops to writing the training report
- Write the training course and workshop reports
- Counseling
- Provide mental health counselling to Woman, Man or children/student in the community/school
- Provide phone counseling to the project’s beneficiaries;
- Document and maintain records of counseling case with confidentiality
- Conduct psychoeducational session to project’s beneficiaries
- Facilitate the Self-Help group with Women/Men and student from violence or mental health issues
- Assist with the collection of information and writing up of case studies or success stories for the project
- Participate in internal and external capacity building and clinical supervision
- Awareness raising
- Assist Project Coordinator to conduct the need and planning to design the community aware,
- Facilitate on community awareness workshops and in co-operation with partners
- Perform other duties as required
- University degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Be able to design, develop training materials, and facilitate training or workshops
- At least 3 years working experience in providing psychosocial services
- Strong cultural competency with an understanding of sensitivity to race/ethnic, gender identities and the needs of LGBTIQ adolescents
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient English/Khmer Language
