Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a leading NGO, working on promoting health, particularly women’s and adolescents’ health. The youth health program is working in Phnom Penh, Kampot, Siem Reap, and Battambang provinces to promote health and well-being of young people by (1) implementing CSE in schools, (2) promoting SRHR knowledge for youth out of school, and (3) strengthening RHAC Youth Network for Health. We collaborate with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, schools, universities, and villages with local authorities. RHAC is now recruiting staff for the provincial project officer.

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Representation of RHAC and the program/project at the provincial level to relevant stakeholders and partners.
Responsible for the implementation of the project at the provincial level to ensure the qualified targets are successfully achieved.
Prepare work plan, budget, and report (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Conduct ongoing monitoring and management; including accurate and timely reporting and ensuring all activity are in line with project strategies
Cooperate with PoEYS and school director for CSE monitoring
Work with university, schools and other youth networking for conducting education session and events.
Support RHAC Youth Network for Health for conducting youth-led initiatives
Collaborate with the other RHAC’s project to promote RHAC contribution in the communities
Implement tasks assigned by project manager
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Science, other relevant fields
Work History:
Experience the implementation a community health program, preferably in sexual and reproductive health among youth and vulnerable groups for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
Good Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Drive
Soft Skills
Good communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
A good attitude towards beneficiaries and a strong commitment to their needs.
