Alongside its construction activities, KiriTes develops and operates integrated crop and livestock production, including vegetables, chilli, and chicken. The company combines infrastructure development, technical expertise, and farm operations to support efficient, safe, sustainable, and commercially viable agricultural production.

As part of its expansion across five provinces in the Tonle Sap region, KiriTes works with farmers, agricultural communities, technical specialists, and market partners to strengthen production quality, food safety and traceability, local employment, and market access.

Announcement Positions

Provincial Coordinator (5 Positions)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Reports to: General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provincial planning and implementation
  • Prepare and implement monthly and weekly provincial workplans based on approved production targets and schedules.
  • Coordinate chilli, vegetable and chicken activities among company farms, partner farms, agricultural communities and technical teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits, monitor implementation and follow up on assigned activities and corrective actions.
  • Production and technical coordination
  • Monitor land preparation, planting, irrigation, crop development, input use, pest and disease management, harvesting and expected yield.
  • Monitor chicken placement, feed and water availability, vaccination, farm hygiene, biosecurity, mortality and production output.
  • Coordinate support from agronomists, veterinarians and livestock specialists when technical problems arise and follow up on their recommendations.
  • Standards, inputs and logistics
  • Ensure farms and communities comply with approved SOPs, GAP, IPM, food safety, traceability, environmental, and chicken biosecurity requirements.
  • Prepare provincial input requirements and coordinate the timely distribution of seeds, fertilisers, crop-protection products, feed, medicines and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate input, inventory and company-asset records and report losses, shortages, damages or misuse.
  • Coordinate harvesting, collection, quality checking, storage, transportation and delivery according to agreed schedules.
  • Stakeholder coordination and reporting
  • Coordinate with agricultural communities, local authorities, suppliers and other provincial stakeholders to resolve implementation issues.

Vegetable Agronomist Specialist (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Reports to: Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Technical standards and recommendations
  • Develop and update technical SOPs and crop-management guidelines for chilli and vegetable production.
  • Recommend suitable varieties, nursery methods, planting practices, irrigation, fertilisation, IPM and harvesting criteria.
  • Establish technical specifications for seeds, seedlings, fertilisers, crop-protection products and irrigation materials.
  • Ensure agronomic recommendations comply with GAP, IPM, food-safety, traceability and environmental requirements.
  • Crop diagnosis and technical verification
  • Conduct technical field assessments to diagnose pest, disease, nutrient, irrigation and crop-growth problems.
  • Verify the safe and correct use of fertilisers and crop-protection products, including application rates and pre-harvest intervals.
  • Report serious crop-health or technical risks to the Project Manager for operational follow-up.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Technical standards and specifications
  • Develop and update technical SOPs covering brooding, housing, stocking density, feeding, watering, vaccination, hygiene, biosecurity, welfare and catching.
  • Establish technical specifications for chicks, feed, vaccines, medicines, equipment and housing conditions.
  • Recommend appropriate flock-management practices according to chicken type, age, production system and market requirements.
  • Ensure technical recommendations comply with animal-health, food-safety, traceability and veterinary-medicine withdrawal requirements.
  • Chicken health and technical assessment
  • Conduct technical farm assessments covering flock behaviour, growth, mortality, feed and water intake, litter condition, ventilation and farm hygiene.
  • Identify abnormal performance or disease signs and coordinate investigation with a qualified veterinarian when required.
  • Recommend corrective measures for health, nutrition, housing, management or biosecurity problems and verify their effectiveness.
  • Immediately report suspected disease outbreaks, unusual mortality or serious biosecurity failures to responsible management.

Junior Civil Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Survey and design support
  • Assist with site surveys, topographic measurements, setting-out, land levels, and collection of construction site information.
  • Support the preparation and updating of drawings, specifications, BOQs, quantity calculations, and cost estimates for net houses, greenhouses/glasshouses, farm buildings, roads, drainage systems, water-storage facilities, and other farm infrastructure.
  • Assist in checking foundations, site levels, slopes, excavation depths, earthworks, drainage, concrete works, and structural dimensions under the guidance of the Senior Civil Engineer.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, material calculations, and other technical documents for senior review.
  • Construction & Installation Site Support
  • Monitor day-to-day construction and installation activities for net houses, greenhouses/glasshouses, foundations, steel structures, drainage, plumbing/irrigation connections, and related civil works.
  • Check construction materials, dimensions, levels, workmanship, and installation against approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate routine site activities with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and project teams under the direction of the Senior Civil Engineer.
  • Report defects, technical deviations, delays, or unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective works.
  • Site Inspection & Quality Control
  • Assist with inspections of earthworks, soil compaction, concrete, steel structures, drainage, canals, ponds, roads, buildings, and other construction works.
  • Record inspection results, measurements, material deliveries, tests, and site conditions.
  • Assist in verifying completed works and quantities for progress and contractor-payment review.
  • Support defect inspections and monitoring of repair or corrective works.
  • Construction Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor and record daily construction progress, labour, equipment, materials, completed quantities, and site photographs.
  • Maintain site diaries, inspection records, measurement sheets, defect lists, and as-built information.
