Provincial Coordinator
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Coordinate project implementation to ensure smooth and timely delivery of field-level activities, in alignment with the program strategy and work plan.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships and networks at the provincial level.
- Coordinate partner meetings with relevant stakeholders to support partnership development and smooth project implementation.
- Lead community mobilization and coordinate with IBIS Rice Producer Groups (IRPGs) and farmers.
- Provide technical support to IRPGs to strengthen governance, conduct organic inspections, and facilitate market linkages.
- Coordinate field monitoring plans and activities, including both internal and external inspections.
- Coordinate field-level budget implementation, ensuring spending aligns with project plans and guidelines.
- Coordinate data collection and document case studies, success stories, and implementation challenges.
- Facilitate and coordinate donor visits to project sites.
- Ensure timely reporting of activities to the Head of Farm Data and Compliance and the Head of Impact.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Natural Resource Management, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in coordinating or implementing community-based development or conservation projects.
- Proven experience in working with local communities, producer groups, or farmer cooperatives.
- Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of rural livelihoods, organic agriculture, conservation and market linkages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote project sites.
- Commitment to community empowerment and inclusive development.
