Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Meet clients through Realestate.com.kh, partner websites, and referrals. No need to fnd your own leads.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with buyers, guiding them through every step of the property purchase process.
  • Source property listings by developing trusted relationships with owners and offering expert advice to help them sell or rent.
  • ​ Close more deals with full support from our dedicated listings team, transaction team, and powerful marketing engine.
  • Use our custom-built tools to stay ahead, manage leads, track deals, and access real-time market data, all in one place.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • What We're Looking For
  • We're hiring both sales and rental consultants, whether you've got experience or just a great attitude.
  • Proven success in real estate sales is a plus.
  • ​ A proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong ability to maintain professional client relationships.
  • English and/or Khmer language (Additional languages are an advantage).
  • Profciency in using modern technology and CRM systems for sales and client management.
