Project Team Leader

The Project Team leader will administer and assist management of all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the KT manager. He/She is responsible for providing comprehensive information and documentation on progress of activities and projects in different areas.. He/She will be in charge of Monitoring and Evaluation working in coordination with KT Manager, project coordinator, Technical specialist and TFOs . He/She will be a contact point for partner organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan for implementation of all project activities
- Develop Action Plan (Work Plan) and M&E frameworks for the projects with Technical field officer
- Coordinate and assist the templates required by the projects and EWS-KT
- Contribute ideas to development of leaflet, books, training modules, KT material, etc.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Monitor plans and expenditure and staff work plans
- Assist in budget preparation and reporting in coordination with senior KT Finance
- Organize monthly, quarterly meetings with TFOs to track the project progress and keep track of the decisions taken and action plans.
- Participate partner meeting to update the project progress and planning
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Support use of Monitoring and Evaluation tools (KT-App and CMS) and regular follow up.
- Visit the project areas periodically and submit monitoring reports along with the recommended action to Project coordinator and CC to KT Manager
- Monitor and track progress of projects and handle any issues that arise (training, demo farm records, training participation)
- Coordinate and support project coordinator and KT staff for the impact survey, baseline and end survey
- Archive photos from training, events, field visits and demo plots
- Communication
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately
- Coordinate and liaise with EWS-KTS and partners
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Help preparing presentation for workshops, training, and conferences
- Create the communication channels with staff and regularly flow of the update information.
- Reporting
- Provide the project Monthly/quarterly reports to project MEL officer and CC KT Manager
- Prepare activity planning and share to partner and internal
- Collect the farmers success stories and share with related partners and EWS- KTS
- Share the market information with the Commercial team regularly.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomist or a relevant business field
- Master's Degree is preferred
Work History:
- Experience on supervising for 3 to 5 years
