Role Objective:
Support the arrangement and coordination of daily operational tasks to ensure that all project activities (training, workshops, assessments) are implemented smoothly, accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing logistical arrangements for project training sessions, workshops, and meetings (booking venues, preparing materials, and sending invitation letters).
- Communication and Monitoring: Communicate directly with enterprise owners (SMEs) and relevant partners to collect information, track progress, and ensure they receive sufficient information about the project.
- SOP Implementation: Execute all operational activities by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in formatting and compiling physical 'SOP Playbooks' for clients.
- Project Administrative Support: Assist in preparing work schedules, drafting agendas, and compiling project-related administrative documents for the secure Digital Vault.

Data & Platform Intern

- Data Management: Input, organize, and verify SME data (such as the Diagnostic Pass assessments) into digital platform systems.
- Preliminary Research: Assist in researching raw market data, packaging strategies, and other technical information as directed by management.
- E-Commerce Support: Assist the Onboarding Coordinator with preparing SME product images and data for seamless listing on the 2bgro platform.
- Management System Support: Help update and clean data for Data Dashboards to track the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the project.
