- Assist Project Cluster Coordinator in preparing project methodologies, the annual workplan and in the effective implementation of the project activities.
- Participate in Training of Trainers (ToT) and conduct echo-training sessions in the field on core topics about ACs/ACUs’ institutional and organization development, business development, technical training on sustainable agriculture practices, policy engagement capacities etc.
- Take the lead on, and supervise, field activities in mobilizing ACs/ACUs, and FOs to the participation in project interventions
- Organize and facilitate target-province events, including meetings, trainings, workshops etc.
- Participate in all M&E activities and processes under the coordination of M&E Officer, including baseline and endline surveys, mid-term and final evaluations.
- Build and maintain relationships with all technical and administrative authorities from the level of province downward.
- Assist the Project Cluster Coordinator in preparing relevant periodic reports.

- Bachelor's Degree in or Holding a Diploma in Agronomy, Rural Development, Animal Health and Production Science or related fields
- At least of work experience of working in development projects and supporting ACs, ACUs, and FOs for 2 years
- Work experience in delivery technical training is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to write project event reports (preferably in fair English).
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft Word and Excel, and social media.
- Good facilitation and communications skills.
- Good collaborative work, and capacity to work productively in teams.
- Able to work independently in the rural area.
Gender Officer

- Assist the Project Manager in preparing project methodologies, annual work plans, and in ensuring effective implementation of project activities.
- Takes lead on the conduct of a gender analysis in project target area.
- Builds and strengthens capacities of project team members on gender mainstreaming and gender equality as well as gender issues.
- Collaborate with other project specialists to provide capacity building to AC/ACU/FO representatives and progressively integrate the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment principles.
- Build capacities of AC/ACU/FO on Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, and support women’s participation to be sit in AC/ACU management structures.
- Supports the project team in gender mainstreaming into women’s economic empowerment initiatives and performance monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate the impact of gender-related project activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual narrative reports for internal use and donors.

- Basic understanding of producer groups, ACs and ACUs, and their business activities.
- Ability to write activity reports in English.
- Good understanding of how women are actively engaging in productive tasks, especially in livestock-agriculture domain.

Digital Communication Officer

- Design and develop training materials on applicable digital tools and technologies and their effective utilization (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, content creation, video filming and editing) based on training needs assessments.
- Deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) on digital tools, technologies, and platforms to the project technical consortium (AVSF–CACA–READA), and support them in providing training to AC, ACU, and FO leaders and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing technical support and mentoring to ACs, ACUs, and FOs to strengthen their capacity to promote their organizations and members’ products.
- Develop and implement a clear digital communication strategy, guidelines, and tools, and produce accessible materials such as technical guides, messages, and videos for AC, ACU, and FO staff and leaders.
- Organize experience-sharing workshops and learning events among ACs, ACUs, FOs, and stakeholders.
- Establish digital feedback mechanisms and manage appropriate digital tools and platforms to collect, store, organize, and share project achievements, lessons learned, and best practices for effective knowledge management and dissemination.
- Coordinate with project teams, partners, and external service providers on digital communication initiatives, including project videos, publications, and Facebook content development and posting.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual narrative reports for internal use and donors.

- Strong knowledge of digital communication tools (social media, cloud platforms, etc.) and basic skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
