Project Officer- Climate Change and Resilience Livelihood
Reports To: Climate Change and Resilience Livelihood Specialist
Location: Phnom Penh (with occasional travel to the fields)
Position summary
Under an oversight of Climate Change and Resilience Livelihood Specialist (CCRLS), the Project Officer-Climate Change and Resilient Livelihoods (PO-CCRL), is responsible for climate change and gender-responsive project implementation and project management, ensuring that activities under their responsibility is in line with the approved proposals and comply to necessary rules and regulations.
- Degree in social sciences, disaster risk reduction, disaster management, environmental science or general management Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Good knowledge of disaster risk reduction or disaster management
- Good interpersonal skill (ability to engage well with supervisor and colleagues) Knowledge of applications including Excel, Word, email, is essential.

Finance Officer - Project
Reports To: Finance Coordinator-Projects
Location: Phnom Penh (with occasional travel to the fields)
Position summary
Under the direction of the Finance Coordinator-Projects, the Finance Officer will have responsibility for all financial management, including supervising and/or performing all accounting functions, financial reporting, audit, cash management, budgeting, planning, to ensure transparency in all financial transactions of the project and with partners accounts through monitoring activities as per budget and actively participate in building and developing efficiency and effectiveness of the financial management.
- Bachelor degree on accounting and finance or related filed
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance and related field with at least 3 years’ solid experiences working and liaison with institutional donors and partners on project/grant management and compliance.
- Minimum 3-year experience in similar position and managing partners
- Excellent written and oral English
- Capacity to work in teams, as well as taking own initiatives
- Financial planning, budgeting and cash management
- Assessment and improvement of financial systems and procedures
- Familiarity with general accounting and auditing procedures
- Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
