Project: E2L Project Phase III (funded by KOICA via ChildFund Cambodia & ChorogUsan for Children
KAFDOC is seeking a qualified Cambodian candidate with experience in Five Model School Standards to fill the position of Project Officer for the "E2L Project" Phase III, funded by KOICA through ChildFund Cambodia and ChorogUsan for Children.
Overall Objective: Enhance children's learning outcomes by improving the quality of primary education across 17 target primary schools in Chhloung District, Kratie Province.
- Lead and coordinate project strategies with the project team, Project Manager, Advising Teachers, Children's Council, Girl Counsellors, SMC members, CCWC, School Directors, Cluster School Directors, and in collaboration with School Based Mentors, Master Mentors, DOE, POE, PDoEYS Officials, and other project beneficiaries.
- Determine project methodologies in close collaboration with the DOE, School Based Mentors, and local authorities.
- Focus on quality implementation of the Five Model School Standards and the Khmer Reading and Mathematics Package (Early Grade students and teachers, Grades 1-3).
- Plan and conduct awareness sessions with Children's Councils, SMC, and CCWC to disseminate information on Child Safeguarding, Child Rights, and Protection within target communities.
- Perform day-to-day monitoring of school grant procedures across all target schools.
- Ensure all financial expenses and budget allocations are processed accurately and on time, adhering strictly to KAFDOC's financial rules.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Social Work, or other relevant fields.
- Experience working with children and schools within private, state, or NGO sectors for 2 years
- Specific experience related to the Five Model School Standards is a strong advantage.
- Prior teaching and training experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of gender responsiveness and child protection standard procedures.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written Khmer and English.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
- Effective communication, high motivation, commitment, and passion for KAFDOC's vision and mission.
