Timeline/Duration
September 1 – December 31, 2026 (with possibility of extension based on performance and project needs).
Purpose
To recruit one Project Officer who will assume the duties and responsibilities of the resigned Project Officer, including team leadership and coordination of project activities.
Specific Objectives
- Ensure smooth continuation of project implementation.
- Provide leadership and coordination for youth engagement activities.
- Strengthen monitoring, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Support achievement of project goals and donor requirements.
Scope of Work
The Project Officer will support and coordinate the day‑to‑day implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of Youth Resilience Project activities to ensure delivery is effective, timely, and aligned with project objectives and standards.
- Plan, implement, and monitor project activities in line with the annual work plan.
- Coordinate with youth clubs, schools, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Lead documentation and reporting of project progress, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Facilitate training, workshops, and community engagement sessions.
- Ensure compliance with OREDA’s policies and donor requirements.
- Supervise and support field staff and volunteers.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, development studies, education, or related field
- Youth development or community projects for 3 years as a minimum
- Strong skills in project management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Commitment to ethical standards and youth empowerment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
