Contract length : 1 year, renewable subject to effective performance and fund availability
The project officer will implement, manage, monitor, and revise the budget plan and activity plan especially to produce the comprehensive report following the promised impact and outcome indicators with donors. He or she will work closely with 10 project partners SCI and some members of CCC working on children’s rights to join the plenty of training courses organized by CCC and taking part in any training courses or meetings organized by 10 project partners. He or she will coordinate cross-component in CCC to join and implement some concerning activities and track all done activities for reporting.
- Key Functions:
- Manage the project or program following the grant agreement of the donor.
- Communicate with 10 project partners for capacity building, consultation, joint collaboration, and inputs.
- Revise the annual budget plan and activity plan.
- Maintain good relations with donors and 10 project partners.
- Major Responsibilities:
- The Project Officer is expecting to achieve the following key performance output:
- Develop the concept note for the workshops/meetings/trainings.
- Manage the action plan and budget plan and propose to revise it under the consultation with cross-component or concerning staff.
- Coordinate the concerning staff/relevant cross-component to implement the activities
- Produce the comprehensive report following the donor’s template
- Write a case study/success story
- Communicate and update the progress to donors and respond to any suggestion or requirement of donors.
- Provide some trainings to project partner’s SCI and any members of CCC working to promote children’s rights.
- Participate in the trainings or meetings proposed by 10 project partners SCI and donors.
- Track the data for all done activities both in the Excel format and SRI (the online system developed by CCC).
- Coordinate and/or collaborate with some project partner SCI to provide the capacity building to 16 provincial NGOs network across Cambodia.

- Qualifications Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor degree in Project Management or related field
- Familiarity with project management and coordination with different stakeholders.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working with NGOs
- Experiences in project management will be highly regarded
- Well understanding about the related laws and draft-law: Law on Auditing and Accounting, Law on Association and Non-Governmental Organization (LANGO), Law on Taxation, Labour Law, Draft Law on Personnel Data Protection, relevant document/paper related to the children’s rights.
- Experience in soft-advocacy.
- Experience to provide training and NGOs coordination.

- Fluency in English and Khmer
