Project Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure activities are completed on time.
  • Monitor project costs, control expenses, and ensure the project stays within the approved budget.
  • Coordinate with project team members, assign tasks, and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients, management, and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Manage project scope, handle variations or change orders, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Monitor project execution on site to ensure work is performed according to plan and safety standards.
  • Prepare regular progress reports (weekly/monthly) on time, cost, quality, and risks.
  • Resolve project issues promptly and make effective decisions to minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities as required.
  • Manage project handover, documentation, final reports, and lessons learned after completion.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field..
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
  • Good planning, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
 
 

MEP Designer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

The MEP Designer is responsible for designing, coordinating, and preparing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems drawings and calculations to support construction projects in compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare MEP design drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Develop concept design, detailed design, and shop drawings.
  • Perform MEP calculations (load calculations, pipe sizing, cable sizing, lighting levels, etc.).
  • Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes (BIM / coordination drawings).
  • Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client comments.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2–5 years of MEP Design works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, etc.).
  • Experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.).
 
 

Procurement Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Priority for female

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To purchasing activities locally to ensure products and services meet the company requirements for quality, and pricing with suppliers
  • Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors specializing in construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Finding and sourcing the supplier and subcontractor to meet Company’s requirement
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Ensure materials meet construction specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
  • Weekly and monthly report of work result to direct supervisor
  • Collaborate with team engineers, and architects to understand material, equipment, and service requirements.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and banking, business administration or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles,
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office or data analysis
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges.
