Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Department of State (DOS), with a period of performance from April 15, 2019, to December 30, 2027.

Project Manager, Infectious Disease and Global Health Security

Position Summary

Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension based on performance and funding availability.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager, Infectious Disease and Global Health Security will lead and coordinate the implementation of a work plan for EpiC’s infectious disease, malaria and global health security (GHS) activities in Cambodia. This includes planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement to support the national malaria and GHS program. The role involves strategic oversight of all infectious disease, malaria, and GHS related efforts, aligning with the Government of Cambodia, the U.S. Department of State, and other partners. The manager will also support monitoring and evaluation, as well as financial and technical reporting, and manage any malaria and GHS subcontractors. The position serves as a key liaison among local and international stakeholders, ensuring that EpiC’s contributions effectively address emerging gaps in infectious disease, malaria and GHS response and surveillance.
