Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead overall planning, coordination, and implementation of the CAPRED project in accordance with the approved Project Design and Work Plan
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting milestone
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CAPRED, DFAT, and Cowater policies, including safeguarding, fraud prevention, and environmental standards
- Prepare progress reports, change stories, and support monitoring, evaluation, and audits
- Act as the primary liaison with Cowater/CAPRED

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Agriculture, Development Studies, Business, or related field
Work History:
- Experience managing donor-funded or development projects for 3 years as a minimum

Digital Marketing Manager
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote bio-stimulants and sustainable farming practices
- Produce and manage educational digital content (videos, posts, campaigns) targeting farmers and input dealers
- Manage Nileda’s social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics
- Coordinate with agronomy staff to ensure technical accuracy of content
- Track outreach indicators and contribute to CAPRED reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with CAPRED and Australian Government branding guidelines

Agronomist – Rice & Tree Crops (2 Positions)

- Provide technical support on bio-stimulant and fertiliser application for rice and durian
- Establish and manage demonstration plots and farmer trials
- Deliver farmer, input dealer, and staff trainings
- Collect agronomic and field performance data for monitoring and learning
- Contribute technical inputs to reports and digital outreach content
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and ethical standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or related field
Work History:
- Experience working directly with farmers or agri-input companies for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
