Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the installation of large-scale facade logos on high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on facade installations or similar large-scale projects.
- Manage end-to-end project execution for facade logo installations on high-rise buildings. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety plans. Oversee site preparation, installation logistics, and technical challenges associated with high-rise building work. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project management for high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices for working at height. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Design Manager
Design Manager – Signage & Architectural Graphics
Job Summary:
The Design Manager will lead a team of designers and drafters to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of project drawings, presentations, and production files. You will work closely with project managers, production, and clients to translate creative ideas into practical, buildable signage solutions.
- Lead and manage the design department, including graphic designers, architects, and AutoCAD drafters
- Review all design outputs before submission (technical drawings, shop drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation boards)
- Ensure that all designs comply with client requirements, site conditions, and production feasibility
- Collaborate with project and production teams to prepare design solutions that are accurate, buildable, and cost-efficient
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals, revisions, and feedback
- Maintain file organization and version control using structured naming and folder systems
- Allocate design tasks and ensure timely completion for all ongoing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in signage or architectural design, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Mastery of AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software (SketchUp or 3ds Max is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail, with the ability to guide junior staff

Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor (Engineering Background Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Production Supervisor with engineering knowledge to lead our workshop operations. You will coordinate between the design and production teams, convert designs into production-ready files, manage workflow across forming, welding, painting, and assembly, and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering team to understand project requirements
- Convert design drawings (AutoCAD, Illustrator) into workshop-ready files
- Supervise the daily operations of signage production including:
- CNC cutting
- Laser cutting & welding
- Painting
- Assembly and final touch-up
- Prepare daily/weekly work plans, material lists, and job schedules
- Monitor staff productivity and guide technicians through each stage
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the workshop
- Report production progress and issues to management
- Assist in packing and final inspection before delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in signage, manufacturing, or construction
- Good command of AutoCAD / Illustrator and production drawing interpretation
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to work hands-on in the workshop
Graphics Designer
Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer, you will work on a wide variety of signage and branding projects. From creating logos, mockups, and brand visuals to preparing artwork for printing and fabrication, your designs will shape how clients present their brand in the real world.
- Design signage layouts, brand visuals, and marketing materials Prepare mockups and presentations for client approval Convert designs into production-ready files for print and fabrication Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and project requirements Coordinate with project managers and production teams Maintain organized file management and version control
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in signage, print, or branding design Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design related programs.
- Strong creative and visual skills Understanding of large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and fabrication specs is a plus Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
