Project Manager
Location: based in Stung Treng Province (Project target in Siem Bok, Thalaborivath , Borey Ousvay and Sesan District)

- Represents the Wathnakpheap in Stung Treng and liaising and/or working with Government authorities and other non-governmental organisations (NGOs) both local and international.
- Maintains direct communication with Government authorities and non-governmental organisations related to the projects assigned to her/him.
- Coordinated the implementation of project deliverables which implementing in Stung Treng Province such as Nutrition, Livelihood and WASH.
- Take overall management, leadership and technical responsibility of designated project area and ensuring good quality of project delivery.
- Provide technical support to Community Facilitators specific of project design, project plans and budgets and consolidation of all plans. Ensuring that project staff have their plan to implement their project on the ground.
- Take leadership in the project implementation, ensuring that the project design are well orientation to Project Objective
- Develop clear implementation plan and share it properly to the relevant people such as Director, Program Coordinator, and Community Facilitator.
- Develops Project monitoring tools to track all outputs described in the project design.
- Keeps monitor and update the tools as timely basic to ensure that the data is accuracy and useable for reporting and/or project design and support implement project M & E framework.
- Orientation the tracking tool to all relevant staff to seek for support on the modification and ensuring that the designated staff understand clearly about how to use the tools.
- Coordinates with Accountants and Finance and Administration in monitoring the flow of funds, ensuring appropriate charging of project expenses, and in reviewing and processing cash advances, requests and liquidation reports submitted by area offices/field staff and project affiliates.
- Responsible to manage financial and administration of 1000 days project project at province
- Receives and verifies budgets, workplans and accounts of local projects and ensures that accounting principles and models agreed upon are respected.
- Conducts monitoring/networking visits to project implementation sites and ensures Project Staff comply with donor Management Procedures & Guidelines of WP , PLAN and BMZ in the implementation of the project.
- Explores the possibilities for and advises the Director/Program Coordinator on new approaches for development cooperation and working methods through which the Head Office can further its overall programme.
- Perform such other relevant tasks as required for the implementation of the project.
- Manage and maintain good communication and relationship with all stakeholders such as local NGOs and INGOs under the target area and to seek their support for and implement the program if needed.
- Has input to making donor-related decisions and plans, and ensure proper documentation of project activities, accomplishments, success stories, issues and concerns;
- Advises the Program Coordinator and Director on administrative management and proposes administrative procedures and manuals (excluding those related to personnel and financial management) for the organisation.
- A Bachelor's degree in public health, Community Development, Management or any related field is required.
- Understanding on Health (Nutrition), Livelihood/Agriculture and WASH
- At least 3 years of meaningful and progressive experience in project management and in implementing community-based cross-sector programs for disadvantaged families.
- Experience in managing integrate project of integrate Nutrition, Livelihood/Agriculture and WASH. Experience in leading and managing large projects in a complex environment is preferred.
- Proven ability in the management of large integrated programs in developing countries; familiarity with, One World No Hunger programs, their history and their development; mastery of , demonstrated accomplishment in working with professionals, ministries and with donor colleagues in country;
- leadership of large and diverse teams; diplomacy, strong presentation skills, speaking and writing. Good English skills are required.
- Considerable experience in training, project monitoring & evaluation preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written forms, is required
- Can operate MS software application such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
